HAARP is real. As a radio technician I can assure you the explanation given here is standard radio theory.Called ionospheric propagation. Previously known, coloquially  as Short wave transmission compared to the  modern broadcast medium frequency band. Ionespheric propogation was used to bounce radio programs right around the world  when the ionsphere moved lower during the night, from cooling. Short wave listening was only done  in the cool of the night.

The Pentagon's desire to weaponise every molecule in the biosphere say much about our psychopathic nature and the insane excess of the miltary industrial complex.
