I'm suggesting to Victor by email that he ask his  global readership to write their local coroners demanding the use of scientifically certified psychics to help  clear unsolved murders  with a dose of consumer outrage. Could be done in 55 languages
Victor is ideally placed to make this call. His editorials can be  templates.
